Data deletion instructions
Last updated: 26 April 2026
This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data associated with TuMCP. It applies whether you use the service directly or connect it via other apps or integrations.
1. Delete your account (recommended)
The fastest way to remove your profile and most data we hold is to delete your TuMCP account using your authentication provider (Clerk). Use the account or profile menu where you signed in and choose delete account / close account, then confirm when prompted.
After your account is deleted on the authentication provider side, our systems receive a secure notification. We then cancel active paid subscriptions through our payments processor where applicable, remove billing and customer records there when supported, and delete your row and related records in our database (including integrations, API keys, and usage logs tied to your account). Some purely technical or aggregated data may remain only where it cannot identify you or is retained under a short-lived retention rule (for example edge rate-limit buckets).
Allow a short processing window for propagation across providers (typically within a few minutes to a few days depending on external systems).
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account or prefer a manual request, email us at dtricoma@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Include “Data deletion request” in the subject line and enough detail for us to locate your account (for example the email you used to register).
We aim to acknowledge receipt promptly and complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), unless we must retain certain information to comply with law (for example tax or accounting obligations), in which case we will explain what we keep and why.
3. Related policies
For how we collect and use personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy. For operator identification and legal notices, see our Legal page.
